Tell us what you think, we know you have something to say. At "Speak Your Mind" you can let us know exactly what you think about anything. Just follow the simple instruction and get yourself heard!

We would love to hear requests, tell us about shows you've seen and loved or hated. We just want to hear from you. No topic is too menial, you deserve a forum to speak your mind!

Simply record your upbeat comments to your PC and upload them to us. Every week we will take the funniest and wittiest snippets and make them available to all of the listeners in JNBC land.

Instructions:

Step One: To participate in Speak Your Mind simply fill out and submit the form below which gives us the permission to broacast you message on JNBC.

Step Two: Record your message using Windows Media Player or any on of several other apps that allow you to record your own voice. You may record your message in any sound format, we will take care of converting it to a format we can use.

Step Three: Save the file on your desktop (so you don't lose it) and call it your last name (ie; Frank Waverly would name his file "waverly.wav")

Step Four: Go back to the form on the JNBC site and select the chactagory which fits your message best. Once you have chosen a chatagory click on the "Browse" button. Select your file located on your desktop and click the "Upload" button.
